So yesterday I completed another run outside as part of the couch to 5K. There are two lessons I learned - eating an hour before, even a small snack, did not work for me. Secondly, wearing the right clothing helps keep me cool.
How did I do??? Well my legs are no longer suffering but my stamina needs work. I am not quite up to where I want to be but like everything, practice will see me making improvements. I have a vision of my achievement and this is what keeps me going.
