For many of my readers, you may think that you'll never need to be concerned about overdose. For some, you may be more used to hearing about it. For others, you may have direct experience of friends, family or clients whom have overdosed. This short video gives a guide on what to look for and how to help.
Why am I writing about this now? In the last few months, I have had several clients whom have been in this situation and thankfully they are still here to talk about their experience. Many have moved on from therapy which helped them find helpful ways to cope. For me, their families were key to getting them the right help and the right time. Together we made a difference and saved lives.
