Health and Wellness Fair

As a local Health and Wellbeing Consultant working with Occuhealth, we want to share our knowledge on health and wellbeing in the workplace and how individually we can all make a difference. We are delivering a short presentation on lifestyle awareness and management – helping you understand what common health measures such as blood pressure and cholesterol checks tell you. We are also offering free lifestyle checks (blood pressure, cholesterol, BMI etc) and a chance to chat about maintaining or improving lifestyle options to optimise health and wellbeing. We usually offer this to employers as part of the Health and Wellbeing Strategy.  This is a chance to take home some key information which you to maintain or improve your wellbeing as well as try out other wellness activities throughout the day.
