About the Event
At Moonstir, we understand being mentally well is as important as physical fitness. We are running friendly sessions to help you move physically and reach some new goals. Our sessions will start with small walking or running groups with other clients whom would like to improve their mental wellbeing. Socially distanced walking/running groups of 4-6 people will be arranged along the beach front for an hour a week. If you'd like more information on this free service, please email email@example.com.
