About the event

Ever wanted to try mindfulness?  Ever wanted to be awake to see the sunrise? Why not come along to our very small group walk along the coast and give your soothing system a chance to shine.  Meet at the Bullers of Buchan carpark at 05.00 for a short walk to see the sunrise.  

Suitable footwear and warm clothing must be worn.
