About the event

At Moonstir, we understand having mental ill health can make it very difficult to cope with life. We are running friendly sessions to help you move from being stuck indoors to being able to cope outside from mid July.  Our sessions will start with small walking or running groups with other clients whom would like to improve their mental health.  Socially distanced walking/running groups of 4-6 people will be arranged around Aberdeen City/Aberdeenshire area.
